Christopher “Toph” O’Neill grew up in West Chester and has built his life—and now his business—in the same community he loves. As a local craftsman, husband, and father, Toph understands the value of hard work, honesty, and taking pride in every job, big or small.
After years of hands-on experience in painting, drywall, and home improvement, he founded Top Hand Contracting with one simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality service to the families and businesses that make Chester County such a special place.
